Does Safeway accept other store coupons?
Unfortunately, SFWY doesn't accept other store coupons, but they will Double up $.50 up to 4-mfr's for a $2 Savings, ymmv.
However, Albertsons will accept Major Grocery store coupons. There are reports from HCW that they will take Target ones, but mine doesn't.
