Weekly Menu Plan

After not getting around to menu planning the last couple weeks, I am so happy to be getting back with the routine.  Last week I felt completely scattered!  

Monday:  Penne with Grape Tomatoes and Mozzarella, Bread, Corn on the Cob

Tuesday:  Burritos

Wednesday:  Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Veggies, Tofu and Peanut Sauce

Thursday:  Pepperoni Pizza, Green Salad

Friday:  Dinner Out

Saturday:  Tuna Ceviche with Corn Tortillas, Black Beans
