Monday: Seared tuna steaks, rice, salad

Tuesday: Curried Chicken Salad, crusty bread

Wednesday: White bean ministroni soup, salad

Thursday: Slow cooker carnitas, corn tortillas

Friday-Sunday: at the beach with friends!
