I know this is late, but I do this more for myself than anyone else anyway. :)
Monday: Grilled Chicken w/ Gorgonzola Butter, roasted potato wedges, steamed broccol, bread
Tuesday: Coconut Pork Curry w/ Rice, salad
Wednesday: Pineapple Fried Rice
Thursday: Dinner at mom's
Friday: Dinner Out
Saturday: whatever sounds good in the moment...
