FYI: My husband is a big time tuna and salmon fisherman so we eat a lot of seafood in the summer that you won't see me buying. It's not a cheap or frugal hobby by any means, but at least we get to reap some benefits!
Monday: Lebanese turkey meatballs, cucumber & tomato salad, pita bread
Tuesday: Tuna & baby octopus ceviche, seared tuna steaks, salad (Morningstar chicken nuggets for the kids)
Wednesday: Grilled brawt kabobs, corn, rice
Thursday: Thai chicken satay w/ spicy peanut sauce, roasted potatoes, salad
Friday: dinner out
Saturday: BBQ something?
