Here's the plan for this week. I'm only going through Thursday since we will be out of town again this weekend for the 4th of July.
Monday: Marninated pork kabobs, cole slaw, potato wedges
Tuesday: Grilled salmon w/ citrus salsa, salad, rice
Wednesday: Grilled brawts
Thursday: Spicy ground turkey kabobs, baba ghanoush, pita pocket bread
(I'm thinking about attempting to make my own pita bread, we'll see if I can pull it off!)
