I found one today and it was indeed $12.99. A great way to roll the Breeze $10 RR and get the dryer for $2.99 plus a $10 RR!

This is so awesome! I was just coming to tell you guys about this, since I had gone to walgreens to get this...then noticed the lower price! I was SO excited when I saw that in the store!! YEA!!! Great price w/ the R.R!!!!!
