I'm so excited for all the great weather we have been having here in the NW lately. Looks like another week of it is in store for us, so I'm planning a week of summer, BBQ type food.
Monday - Salmon w/ wasabi cream sauce, corn on the cob, salad
Tuesday - Teriyaki chicken kababs, coconut rice, salad
Wednesday - Taco salad
Thursday - Hamburgers, homemade french fries, corn on the cob
Friday - brother's wedding
Saturday - dinner out
