Weekly Menu Plan


Here's the plan for this week. I have to say that as I've been doing the meal planning, it has become much easier and has really helped save time. I highly recommend it :)


Monday: Spring rolls (sausage for the kids & shrimp for me), peanut sauce, rice noodles

Tuesday: Chicken Marsala, Baked Asparagus w/ Goat's Cheese, rice, bread (corn on the cob for me and the kids. I hate asparagus!)

Wednesday: Crockpot salsa chicken & rice, salad

Thursday: BBQ salmon, packet potatoes, corn on the cob

Friday - Monday - at the beach w/ family!
