I'm working two days this week to make up for the day I'll be missing next week while on vacation, so I'm trying to keep it simple this week. Plus, I've been feeling really run down lately. I'm so ready for this vacation coming up!
Monday: BBQ pork chops, pasta salad, fresh veggies
Tuesday: BBQ skewered chicken, rice, salad
Wednesday: Burritos
Thursday: dinner at mom's
Friday: Salmon, potatoes, salad
Saturday: dinner out
