Today was a busy day and I didn't have time to take some pictures of my most recent stockpile in my pantry and freezer. I would really like to do a March Month Menu plan with the items I already have. I will post my menu plan this week and some pictures. By all means, I'm still a amateur in the kitchen, but I love to cook. I really want to be under my $250 budget this month by not going to the grocery store unless its a necessity or fresh produce or milk or it's FREE of course with coupons! Plus, this last week and today I've spent a good amount of time going to Walgreens for great RR deals by using my Rebate card & RR's. And I am splurging for my 31st Birthday by going to a Spa and enjoying a Facial and Pedicure!!! So yes, I have to be Frugal plus it's a good challenge for me.
This Weeks Menu Planning
Sunday: Yakisoba Chicken (Excellent) this was a hit tonight!
Monday: Chili (Beef) with Taco Seasoning cooked in Crock pot
(I wing it, a little of this & a little of that...)
Tuesday: Birthday party, yeah no cooking...
Wednesday: Balsamic Chicken (Super Easy-make marinade the night before) serve with Basamati Coconut Rice
Thursday: Rice Noodles with Chicken, thanks Erika!
Friday: Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas (5 Stars, well I think so!)
Saturday: left overs or go out and eat...

Looks great! I might have to try the Balsamic chicken recipe. I love balsamic vinegar flavor.
