Girl coupons from the last P&G (I don't think we did in the NW), you may be able to get your make up for free! This is YMMV. My store won't apply BOGO coupons with BOGO sales, but I know many do.
Also, don't forget about the P&G rebate. Many of these products are P&G, so if you get them, save the receipt to mail in for credit. Go here if you need more information on this.
