I just found a farm in my area that sells farm fresh eggs for $3 a dozen! This afternoon, my kids and I are headed out there to pick up our eggs and see the chickens. It should be a fun outing!

Great idea! hadn't thought of that actually. But why not. I didn't get farm fresh eggs yesterday but I did purchase the cage-free eggs that Fred Meyer had on sale with the in-ad coupon. A dozen for $1.50 Will check out Craigs List.
