Organic & Natural Living Thursdays!


For my Organic & Natural Living Thursdays I wanted to share with you one of my favorite yummy Protein recipes.


Serves one
2 Tbsp. MaraNatha No Stir Almond Butter, Creamy
1 Medium banana
1/4 cup Organic or natural nonfat soymilk
2 Tbsp. Organic or natural nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup Crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

I sub Almond Breeze (there's a $1 coupon BTW) and
I sub Stonyfield Vanilla Yogurt and blend it in my magic bullet.

Also, got some fresh Pineapple and made the above smoothie w/out the Almond butter and it was really good. Basically, Smoothie recipes are endless and you can do just about anything.
