Monday: Salmon fish tacos w/ avocados (we still have lots of fish to use up from last year's fishing season, and we really liked the sauce in the recipe. Won't be doing the beer batter though.)
Tuesday: Jambalya, salad
Wednesday: Ministrone soup, salad, crusty bread
Thursday: Dinner at mom's
Friday: Dinner out
Saturday: Grilled pork kabobs, basmati rice, green beans

I was looking through your meals plans and I first off I have to say great menu's. I am a total foodie, so I can't have meals for pennies, I need good eats and I know through couponing you can get good food more affordable, but I love that you stay true to yourself and fix great things.
Second, this barely seems fair, you have dinner with your mom once a week? That is so sweet, and it made me really wish we had family in town. Love it and great idea! Keep that tradition going.
