I know a lot of people are doing an 'eat from the pantry' month. I'm not totally doing that, but I am trying to go through the freezer and pantry a little more than I normally do to try to use what we already have. My goal is to have around $100 left over in the grocery budget by the end of the month.
Monday: Seared tuna steaks, green beans, rice
Tuesday: Creamy chicken & chili enchiladas, salad
Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, salad
Thursday: dinner at mom's
Friday: dinner out
Saturday: Girl's night - Sushi w/ Christina :)
