Here's the plan for this week. Nothing special, but between the fridge and the freezer, I have a lot of food to use up.Monday: Slow Cooked Pork w/ tortillas, salad
Tuesday: Chinese Chicken Salad, leftovers for kids
Wednesday: dinner at mom's
Thursday: Chicken Tortilla soup, bread
Friday: dinner out
Saturday: Fajitas
