This week I'm getting back to menu planning since it really does help me feel more organized and on top of things. I'm especially needing that right now while I'm still getting used to juggling three kids (although my husband has been doing a lot of the cooking since I had Willow), keeping the house up, and starting this week, school!
Monday: Apple, Cheddar and Turkey Meatballs in the crock pot, green beans, rice
Tuesday: End of the Summer Harvest Soup, salad, garlic bread
Wednesday: Angel Hair Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce, garlic bread
Thursday: dinner at mom's
Friday: take out / dinner out
Saturday: Hoisin Chicken with Cucumber Salad
