Safeway Shopping

My sister took both of my older kids for the night last night so that I could get a break and sleep in a little today (isn't she awesome?!). I made a quick trip to Safeway before picking them up this morning.

The store I went to was already out of the Chinet plates and didn't have any Colgate sensitive toothpaste, but I was pretty happy with what I was able to get.

4 Foster Farms ground turkey BOGO
2 Johnsonville sausages
2 Smithfield bacon
1 Lucerne med. shredded cheese
12 pack beer
3 Huggies wipes refills
3 Kleenex tissues ($.99 each & trigger a $3 cat when purchased. More details on that to come.)
1 SFWY non-stick spray
1 pack Duracell batteries
4 Hefty bags
1 Artisan Filone bread
2 yellow squash
1 zucchini
3 avocados
3 bags skittles

Used:
-$10/$50 coupon
-SFWY batteries super coupon
-SFWY cheese super coupon
-SFWY Johnsonville super coupon
-$1/2 Johnsonville peelie
-2 $3 Smithfield IP
-3 $2 Huggies IP
-$.50/3 Kleenex mfq
-2 $.55/2 Hefty mfq
-$1 SFWY bread IP
-$2 DBL
Final Price: $51.70 for a 60% savings & I received a $3 cat for purchasing the Kleenex.

I couldn't find the Duracell advanced so I wasn't able to use the $1.50 mfq and the e-saver coupon didn't come off either. Not sure if I've already used it or what.

The Huggies wipes are $5.49 or $3.49 with the $2 coupon. I know I can get individual packs for free with the $2 coupon, but am going through tons of wipes right now with two in diapers. Plus Safeway included me in a promotion that when you spend $100 on baby products (pre-coupon) by December 1st, you get $10 off. So it still seems like a pretty good deal.
