I used my $2 coupon at safeway. They had Cutter Skinsations insect repellent 4oz on clearance for 1.50each. I bought 2, doubled my coupon for 2.50 and only paid .25 each for them!
Also, the checker told me they have a new coupon policy for internet coupons. You can only use one per item. I guess people were photocopying them and using a whole bunch at once.
