Here's the plan for the week. I feel like the more I work at planning out the menu, the better and easier it is becoming. There is hope for me with organization!
Sunday: Hamburgers, salad
Monday: Crabcakes, salad, rice
Tuesday: Italian pasta salad, fresh zucchini
Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: dinner at mom's
Friday: BBQ salmon, potato salad
Saturday: dinner at in-laws
