I was expecting a $10 LW cat, $2 Aarowhead water cat and a $1/2 Aarowhead mfq cat and none of them printed. The customer service was not very helpful and just wanted me to call Catalina corp, and of course, I was also on a time crunch with an appointment that I was now late to. I had to just leave and told them if they couldn't help me, I would just return it all later.
I went back this morning to see if somebody else was working customer service who would actually be helpful, and luckily they gave me a $10 Safeway gift card instead of returning or re ringing it all up. I didn't get the other two cats that I was hoping for, but will go to another store and hope for better luck.
So, if you made it this far (it really was a good scenario, I promise!), here's what I got.
5 Electrasol
2 6pk. Aarowhead water
1 Hefty trash bag 80 ct.
1 Yoplait yogurt
Used:
-5 $2.50 Electrasol mfq
- $2 Hefty mfq (home mailer)
- $2 Yoplait cat
- $2 DBL
- $10 LW cat
Final Total: $2.72 ($.60 was deposit!) & got $10 SFWY gift card
(Should have got $10 LW cat, $2 water cat & $1/2 water mfq)
I plan on trying this again so I'll let you know if this goes better the next time.

I was so mad yesterday...my catalina $10 didn't print and the gal at customer service said it was due to the fact that i used other coupons to bring the total below $30. I told her that it hadn't affected my $10 cat printing on other transactions, but she didn't care. I'm thinkin i'll return the stuff today....just irks me...
Erika, I wanted to do the water promo too. I hadn't tried it yet, but was hoping to do an entire $30 transaction with just the water. Purchase 16 pks, receive 8/$2 cats & 1/$10 cat for a total of $26 catalinas. Thanks for the heads up prior to me trying the entire transaction :)

I'm going to try it again because I think it should work. I'll let you know! I'm on a time crunch because I leave on vacation for a week next Tuesday so we'll see if I can pull it all together.

I know how frustrating it is when things don't work out and they aren't willing to help you out. Call catalina about it and maybe go back to the store when someone else is working customer service. They may be more helpful.
