Okay, here's my scenario I've worked up for the Living Well promo at Safeway. I'll let you know how it goes!
Update: There were no Bertolli so I substituted with 1 box Green Kleenex, 1 bag No-Yolk pasta & 2 bags of Sun Chips. My total was $30.77. I'm not sure why but none of the cats printed for me (LW or Starbucks). They gave me $10 in cash. I'm going to call Catalina to see what happened.

My first trip to Safeway to test out the LW promo resulted in no cats for me as well. I was totally bummed out. The customer service person said "sorry you must have not purchased the right items." It was busy at the store, and he also happened to have been my checker...so I let it go. But i spent a lot of time working on buying the things I needed that were part of the promo, so I'm pretty dissapointed.
I know all the items I bought were apart of the promo too, they were even tagged! I'm going to call Catalina and see what happened. They can send you the cat in the mail. I'm pretty sure the Starbucks cat goes until 4/21 and that didn't print either so I'm wondering if the machine was on.
So sorry it didn't work out for you. I know how frustrating it is!

The same thing happened to me. They said I bought the wrong items and my total had to reach $30 after manufactures coupons. I thought maybe that was true because it was a Safeway catalina?!? Who knows.
Erika, I just went to the SFWY on Se Woodstock and my $10 cat didn't print either. Cust Svc. gave me the $10 cat though. BTW, they didn't carry any of the Bertolli Pasta pouches but the Se King Rd. SFWY does.

I just went to Safeway (181st and Halsey) and bought the Bertolli pouches and Starbucks coffee. I got a $10 catalina, but no Starbucks or Bertolli cat. Do you know if the cat deal on these is still running? Have you had any luck getting the catalina company to send catalinas to you? If so would you mind posting their number? Also, have you found a way to check end dates on catalina offers? Thanks so much for your site! I always check it before I head out to the store. Aimee
