I am pretty new to the coupon world. I was just wondering about the $10/50 deal. Is the deal when you spend $50 before cupons or after.

Does the 10 off 50 start today or tomorrow?

Hey is the $10 coupon in today's Oregonian?

Saving 4 My Family said...

Katy, I haven't seen the coupon myself yet, but it usually says "good through xxx" so I would guess that you could use it today.

Brit, the coupon is in today's paper on the back page of the Food Day section.

Dana, it seems to depend on your cashier. Most of the $10/$50 coupons state that the savings is after SFWY club card discounts and super coupons so theoretically you should be able to use it before mfq. I always hand the $10 coupon to the cashier first and then all other coupons.

HTH!

sorry - i'm new to this as well...so where do you get the doubles coupon? when is the doubles coupon good for? only a week or a day? and then when you DO hand them coupons - do you give them the $10 off FIRST then they scan items THEN the MQ? sorry...just trying to figure it all out!

Hi Heidi,
Welcome to the world of couponing! The SFWY DBL is in the SFWY Ad towards the bottom of the page. It will double up to $.50 up to 4 MFQ coupons.
Give the cashier the $10/$50 first, then MFQ's, then DBL. If the cashier states you need to have a total of $50 after MFQ's then u will need to go back and get more items. So have a back up plan. You can let the cashier know that the $10/$50 does not state before MFQ Coupons.

HTH, and leave a comment anytime.
