I stopped in at Safeway for some food for the week. I was pretty happy at how much I spent considering that I got mostly meat and diary items. I plan on going to Albertsons to score some of the free after coupon and double items, but really can't think of too much more I need for the week.

Great job, Erika! I'd be loving that 10% off, too.
Just wanted to let you know that I went to Safeway today & noticed that they had Bayer aspirin 32ct/36ct on sale for $1...there were $1 coupons in 1/4 & 2/1 inserts. FREE and a good way to get your total up to $50 so you can use the $10/$50, but not "spend" any more money.
I'm so glad that I found your blog. I was a coupon cutter before, but I never really took advantage of all the great deals out there. But after reading a few of your posts, I thought I'd try it out. Went to Safeway yesterday and between mfg coupons, Safeway club card and coupons and switching brands on a few things, we saved more than we spent. And now, even my hubby is liking the coupon clipping that I do. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
