Here's what I will be serving this week for dinner.
Monday - Caribbean Peanut Chicken (didn't end up making it last week. I'll be posting the recipe later)
Tuesday - Teriyaki Yakisoba Noodles with Tofu & Veggies (I don't have a recipe for this yet. I got some fresh yakisoba noodles at the Asian market last week that I want to use. I may just wing it!)
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
