It was Triple digits this weekend in Portland, OR! We enjoyed our weekend by filling up Ava's pool and watching her have fun. She had so much fun it was hard to get her out of the pool. Mainly she would fill up a cup with water and dump it out... which she found joy in.

We decided that we were sick of the heat and filled our pool up too. Ava played in it but it was a little too deep for her. She fell back while walking and scared herself, and mom and dad too!

Another fun thing we did as a family on Saturday was go to the Woodstock Neighborhood park. It was great to see other families and little ones enjoy folk Portugese music, Irish tap dancers, and many food booths. It was a great fun and frugal weekend in our community!

Love the pictures, she's so cute. It was hot here too! I looked at one point and our thermometer said 100! Hot...for here at least. I could have used one of those pools.
